1. Delivery
Upon receipt of payment, all purchased items will be dispatched within 10 working days. In the rare event that your chosen item is out of stock, we will promptly notify you via email with the earliest availability date. Normally, delivery takes 1 to 2 working days. We strive to ensure timely delivery but please note that any indicated delivery times are estimates only.
• Delivery times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
• Additional charges may apply if delivery is not possible due to circumstances beyond our control.
• We may deliver goods in installments, and canceling or rescheduling orders may incur additional charges.
• Risk of damage or loss of goods passes to you upon delivery.
• Title in the goods remains with us until full payment is received.
2. Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Refunds will be provided for faulty or damaged goods. Here is how it works:
• For purchases made by credit card, refunds will be issued as a credit to the same account after inspecting the returned products.
• For purchases made by cheque or postal order, refunds will be issued via refund cheque after inspecting the returned products.
Please note the following conditions:
• Goods must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by a receipt within fourteen days of receipt.
• Any damaged or malfunctioning items must be reported within 7 days.
• Costs incurred in returning the item are non-refundable.
• Goods exempt from return terms and conditions will not be accepted.
